Creating Content Your Customers Value
Many businesses think that marketing only means advertising. As effective entrepreneurs know, however, customers are more interested and loyal to businesses whose marketing content provides value.
This course will provide you with the tools that reveal the type of content that your target customers find valuable. By the end of this three-hour course, you will be able to:

This course is the second module in the NYC Department of Small Business Services’ (SBS) six-module Digital Marketing series. We encourage you to complete the first module, “Developing a Marketing Strategy,” before you take this course.
